Fleet Structure

The company fleet consists of 45 own and managed vessels, most of them Bulk, Handy and Handy max carriers. All vessels meet SOLAS standards for safety at sea, possess a valid ISPS and ISM - ISO 9002 Quality Certificate and operate in compliance with the provisions of the US Coast Guard, Panama Canal, Suez Canal and St. Lawrence Seaway (Canada) authorities.

The company offers a variety of options for the carriage of bulk, general, ro-ro and ferry cargo, carriage of chemical and petrol products to all international trade destinations. It also has its own auxiliary fleet for tug services and an independent Agency Department.

The Company consists of 5 fleets, vessels distributed as per DWT, each exercising the full scope of management and servicing for its vessels, such as operation, chartering, repairs and technical supervision, supply, bunkering, ISM management, crewing, financial control and management.

The division structure ensures flexibility, guarantees a faster decision-making process and clear responsibility.
